The Social side of Barnton Cricket Club is based on The Club Mark accreditation that we currently hold. Families are encouraged to use the facilities we hold and we also have a range of activities for people of all ages to get involved in including Cricket, Bowls and Squash. Our facilities have been upgraded with the Function Room and the Lounge having a full refit. The Patio Area is now larger and has parasols fitted for the rainy season—they also offer great protection from the sun!
Social functions such as Bingo, Ladies Darts, Quizzes, Poker and Live Music are a regular feature. Our CWAC Rated 5 Kitchen caters for all tastes and has popular Curry Nights and Steak Nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Our Membership period runs from April to March each year (membership form can be downloaded from the Task Bar and renewed via our online store). We are open 7 Days a week from 6.00pm Monday to Thursdays, 5.00pm on Fridays, 1.00pm on Saturdays and 12.00pm on Sundays. Food is Available Wednesday to Sunday. We’ve updated our layout slightly in the wake of COVID-19. This photo was before we added our signage, kindly printed and laminated by one of our members, and floor arrows indicating our one way system.
We also have, in the past, allowed for the room to be decorated for certain functions such as parties, weddings and christenings!
