The section was formed in 1984 and now has ten teams – two in the Mid-Cheshire Ladies League (Tuesday evenings), two mixed teams in both the Norley Evening (Wednesday night) and Afternoon Leagues (Tuesday aftenoons), and four in the Mid-Cheshire League (Thursday and Friday evenings).
New members are always very welcome, particularly juniors. As well as league bowls, the Club offers more relaxed internal competitions for bowls section and club members, as well as coaching sessions during the season; the green is usually free most weekends as well as most weekdays for practise. A nominal green fee applies to non-bowls members. The green and facilities can be hired for private functions and visiting bowls parties by prior arrangement with the bowls section committee.
